Miss Sichuan was born from a deep love for the bold food I grew up with in China’s Sichuan province. I came to Pomona to share the flavors that shaped my childhood—spicy broths, fresh noodles, and meals that bring people together. What started as a small idea turned into a full restaurant in the heart of our community.
